The Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is an 8-week hybrid program from Stanford Medicine designed to equip mid-career healthcare professionals with the skills and insights needed to step into broader leadership roles. We created a set of LinkedIn ads to promote Stanford Medicine’s Emerging Leaders Program (ELP), repurposing existing brand assets to ensure alignment with their established visual identity.
